2009-2010 Board of Directors
The board of directors of the Oregon Youth Basketball Leagues (OYBL) is comprised of 8 parent-volunteers who are deeply committed to creating a positive social, athletic and educational experience for the 500+ youth players involved each year. Planning for and coordinating the OYBL has become nearly a year-long job. The board is constantly looking for new ways to improve the league as evidenced by recent innovations which have included development of end-of-season tournaments for 5/6 boys and girls, electronic registration, attendance at professional coaching clinics and seminars, and development of a comprehensive instructional curriculum. Below is a list of this year's directors along with their respective duties and responsibilities.
